Bräcker developed efficient lubrication appliances to significantly extend the service life of top roller bearings.

BERKOLUBE

BERKOLUBE is a pneumatic top-roller lubrication unit which can lubricate up to 800 top roller bearings for ring spinning machines and roving frames in one hour. It ensures an exact dosage of the required amount of grease and comes with various take-up tools and lubrication nozzles to fit any top rollers.

Characteristics:

Amount of grease per bearing adjustable from 0.2 cm3 to 2.0 cm3
Capacity of 600 to 800 top rollers per hour
CE-conforming with pneumatic two-hand safety control
A 25-kg grease container is sufficient for 20 000 to 22 000 top rollers
Grease standard supply: Klüber Staburags NBU 12/300 KP

LUBRICATING UNIT BOS-01

The BOS-01 is a manual lubricating unit for all common top rollers used in ring spinning and roving frames. It is suitable for top rollers with a tube diameter of 19 to 80 mm but can easily be fit for other diameters.
